1. About OpenTailwind

OpenTailwind is a UI component library and landing page template system with free and paid access built with Tailwind CSS, created and maintained by lindo.ai.

Membership and payments

Free accounts can access all blocks and the five templates marked free in each industry category. Pro provides lifetime access to the complete template library for a one-time payment. The launch price is US $19; the regular price is US $199. This is not a subscription. Lifetime refers to the lifetime of the OpenTailwind service and includes future additions to its template library. Access is linked to the account used at checkout and activated after payment confirmation. Refunded or disputed purchases may lose Pro access. Existing usage and license restrictions below still apply to both free and Pro downloads. For billing help, contact opentailwind@lindo.ai.

2. License

Access to blocks and templates depends on your membership and the design’s Free or Pro designation. You may use, modify, and distribute code you access in personal and commercial projects, subject to the usage rules below.

3. What You Can Do

• ✓Agency using blocks for commercial projects
• ✓Startup using templates in a SaaS product
• ✓Personal projects or internal company tools
• ✓Modify, customize, and adapt the code to your needs
• ✓Use the customizer to change colors, fonts, and styles
• ✓Download and self-host the code

4. What Requires a Commercial License

• ✗SaaS website builder where users create sites from these templates (commercial license required)
• ✗Selling or redistributing the templates as templates
• ✗Repackaging blocks/templates for resale on marketplaces

5. Attribution

Attribution is appreciated but not required. A link back to opentailwind.dev or lindo.ai helps us grow the project, but it is entirely optional.

6. Third-Party Assets

Images are sourced from Unsplash and Pexels under their respective licenses. Brand logos remain subject to their owners’ rights. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Replace placeholder content with your own assets for production use.

7. lindo.ai Integration

OpenTailwind is part of the lindo.ai ecosystem. Templates can be opened and customized in the lindo.ai website builder. Use of lindo.ai services is subject to lindo.ai's own terms of service.

8. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the code will be error-free, secure, or fit for any purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OpenTailwind, lindo.ai, or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
